You will develop talent, manage performance, and drive branch profitability while maintaining risk controls and operational standards.

The role requires 5+ years in Banking or sales and 3+ years in leadership, with a BA/BS or equivalent. Expect schedule around branch hours; Sundays off.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a business-related field (Required).
• 5+ years in Banking, Financial Services, or sales (Required).
• 3+ years leading sales, Operations, or Risk Management (Required).
• Ability to motivate a sales team, set expectations and drive accountability (Required).
• Small Business Banking acumen (Required).
• Collaboration skills (Required).
• Passion and enthusiasm to meet and exceed goals (Required).
