Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years related business or sales experience required.
• 1+ years supervisor or team leader experience preferred.
• Proactive and result oriented.
• Excellent communication skills with needs-based conversations.

Responsibilities

• Drive proactive sales conversations; outbound calls, inbound inquiries, appointments, lobby engagement to identify and convert sales opportunities.
• Maintain sound risk and compliance by operating within regulations and policies.
• Use CRM to foster relationship-building and onboarding new customers, expanding existing relationships.
• Collaborate with Financial Center Manager to build and nurture a high-performing team; assist in talent selection and onboarding.
• Participate in off-site networking events and community initiatives to bolster brand presence and drive growth.
