Fulton Bank, N.A. in Hanover, PA is seeking a Financial Center Supervisor to lead daily operations, coach team members, and promote a strong sales and service culture within the Hanover financial center.

The role requires about 40 hours weekly, no Sundays, with an emphasis on proactive sales conversations, risk and compliance, CRM-driven relationship building, and collaboration with the Financial Center Manager to develop a high-performing team and active community presence.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred.
• 3+ years relevant business or sales experience required.
• 1+ years supervisor or team leader preferred.
• Strong proactive, collaborative, and needs-based communication skills required.

• Drive proactive sales conversations and identify opportunities in the branch.
