Qualifications

• 1+ year of leadership experience in coaching, training or motivating a work team.
• Strong client-centric mindset with focus on results and financial goals.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willing to work weekends or extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manages a financial center and its employees on a day-to-day basis.
• Develops talent through proactive sourcing of candidates and coaching.
• Drives client experience, traffic flow, and retention within the center.
• Ensures operational excellence and achievement of market initiatives.
• Leads risk culture, process improvement and accountability for results.
