Job summary

Kforce's client in Rutherford, NJ is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst with ownership of revenue recognition and related reserves. The hybrid role combines in-office and remote work, with monthly results reporting and trend analysis.

The position requires 3+ years in accounting/audit for a Fortune 500, a Bachelor's in Accounting, CPA pathway, and strong analytical/communication skills. Benefits include annual bonus and unlimited PTO, with potential for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent required.
• MBA is a plus; CPA or pursuing CPA preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of national public accounting audit experience and/or corporate accounting for a Fortune 500.
• Strong computer and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to monthly Revenue Analytics Reporting to leadership; participate in revenue and volume forecasting and budgeting.
• Develop and maintain standardized best practices for revenue reporting and analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement to deliver the highest quality.
• Proactively identify trends and collaborate with stakeholders to investigate and take appropriate action.
• Integrate data from across various groups to construct an overall understanding of Revenue Performance.
• Support M&A initiatives, audits, and other special projects as needed.
