Job summary

Kforce Inc. is seeking a Financial Analyst with experience in the Legal Services sector for a hybrid role in New York City.

The position focuses on revenue analytics, performance reporting, and building ad hoc reports from large data sets to support divisional leadership. You will analyze billable rates, utilization, and revenue realization trends, and prepare KPI decks for management across domestic and international offices.

• 1+ years of revenue analysis experience within the professional service industry (Business Advisory, CPA or Law Firm, etc.).
• Billable Rate & Utilization Rate Analysis experience.
• Financial Modeling skills.

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Financial Analyst with Legal Services industry experience. This role follows a hybrid schedule in NYC.

• Financial Analyst will provide revenue and performance analytics and prepare KPI decks, (Profitability, Utilization, etc.) for divisional management teams

• Prepare operational analysis for both domestic and international office locations
• As a Financial Analyst, you will create ad hoc database reports using historical data points
• Provide performance and business trend analysis pertaining to billable rates, and revenue realization rates

Requirements

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
