An established industry player is seeking a Financial Analyst to support budgeting and financial planning initiatives. **Job Description:**
This position involves budgeting, strategic planning, variance analysis, patient accounts, and operations data, along with ad-hoc analysis processes. These activities support sound financial operations and help produce financial planning and analytical solutions (such as forecasts, reports, dashboards, and tools) for leadership and stakeholders across the organization, supporting business or clinical initiatives. The role provides support in developing, analyzing, and interpreting various routine to minimally complex data sources to enhance process improvement, operations, strategy, and cost reduction. Duties are performed under initial supervision, progressing to routine tasks with general review after training.
**This is a 100% remote position.** **However, we are currently unable to consider candidates for remote work in the following states: California, Hawaii, Illinois, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, Connecticut, and Washington.**
+ Provides support and analysis for activities related to budgeting, strategic planning, variance reporting, and ad-hoc analysis for a facility, region, division, or as part of a system-wide team.
+ Supports the completion of specific tasks related to routine functions such as operating budget, capital budget, strategic planning, patient accounts, and operations. Non-routine tasks are closely supervised. Responsible for timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks.
+ Assists in preparing routine to minimally complex financial analyses, variance reports, and ad hoc reports. Collaborates with internal customers to develop and prepare quantitative reports analyzing clinical and operational issues.
+ May participate in system-wide processes or improvement projects under supervision.
