Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of financial analysis experience, ideally in manufacturing or consumer products.
• Strong business partner with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Solid budgeting, forecasting, and financial statements knowledge.
• Experience with planning tools and NPV analysis.

Responsibilities

• Compile and analyze monthly financial and productivity reports for Washington operations.
• Manage, maintain and monitor the budget and forecasting process with budget owners.
• Collaborate to develop and monitor metrics for planned vs actual performance with actionable analysis.
• Prepare variance explanations for consolidation of company performance reporting.
• Develop short and long-term business plans balancing supply, capacity, and manpower requirements.
• Estimate vintage product costs based on planned expense and production qualities.
• Provide vintage product cost input for planning in annual and long-term plans.
• Maintain costing model for scenario planning and ad hoc analysis.
