Ste. Michelle Wine Estates invites a Director of Operations & Supply Chain Finance to lead budgeting, capital investment analysis, COGS and inventory management for a $100M+ operations scope in Paterson, WA. You will partner with business leaders to drive productivity, profitability, and continuous improvement.

The role requires a strong accounting foundation, ERP experience (NetSuite/JDE), and a hands-on, results-oriented leadership style to develop a high-performing finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; MBA, CPA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, or supply chain finance in a leadership role.
• Strong accounting, cost accounting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
• Experience leading operational transformation and productivity improvements.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling; proficient PowerPoint.
• Experience with NetSuite or JD Edwards ERP systems.
• Hands-on, results-oriented with stakeholder influence.
• Detail-oriented with strong controls and accuracy.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Compliance with alcohol-related conduct and licensure requirements.

Responsibilities

• Budget management for $100MM operations organization, including production, winemaking, and vineyard operations.
• Capital budgeting with NPV/IRR evaluations and driving returns.
• Analyze COGS variances to reduce costs and improve productivity.
• Inventory monitoring and provisions, impairment analyses, and liquidation support.
• Partner with business leaders to review results and drive performance improvements.
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
