Job summary

Trinchero Family Estates in Napa, CA is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst, Production to serve as a strategic finance partner across Winemaking, Production, Operations, and Supply Chain.

The role focuses on production cost accounting, forecasting, inventory analysis, and financial planning for winery operations. The ideal candidate has a strong accounting and analytical background, with the ability to influence decisions, challenge assumptions, and drive accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, cost accounting, manufacturing finance, or related disciplines.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, winery, agricultural, or consumer packaged goods operations preferred.
• SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform variance analysis and identify drivers of financial and operational performance.
• Develop forecasts, budgets, scenario analyses, and financial models.
• Lead Risks & Opportunities (R&O) reviews and quantify business impacts.
• Analyze inventory, production costs, and operational performance trends.
• Maintain and review standard costs for wine programs and brands.
• Prepare financial reporting and recommendations for management and executive leadership.
