Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver site-level, regional, and company-wide financial results with explanations.
• Maintain a $50M+ variable compensation model and evaluate new structures.
• Refine agent-level scoring using multi-variable data for efficiency targets.
• Implement AI-driven solutions to optimize workflows and data accuracy.
• Prepare pro-forma statements, CAPEX justifications, and ROI analyses.
