Job summary

EchoStar is seeking a Lead Financial Analyst to navigate valuation, M&A activities, and business case development across a growing portfolio. You will construct robust financial models and perform deep-dive market analyses to provide senior leadership with data-driven insights for high-stakes decisions.

The role emphasizes building forward-looking models, ARPU metrics, and subscription economics, with AI-enabled analytics to accelerate workflows and strategic analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or Mathematics required.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, investment banking, or M&A.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and M&A deal structures knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end M&A workstreams, due diligence, and valuation modeling for strategic transactions.
• Build complex forward-looking financial, subscriber profitability, and NPV models to inform strategy.
• Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities and risks.
• Prepare polished presentations for senior leadership summarizing findings.
