Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, specifically within marketing or growth finance.
• Must have at least 3 years of experience with Advanced Microsoft Excel (Financial Modeling), Google Suite, and data integration between marketing platforms and financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Quantify the impact of marketing investments on long-term growth and provide strategic narratives for senior leadership.
• Transform performance KPIs into actionable financial insights for the Board of Directors.
• Develop accurate financial forecasts for marketing spend and subscriber acquisition.
• Collaborate with Brand and Performance leads to align financial resources with acquisition OKRs.
• Build sophisticated financial models to track acquisition costs and promotional offers.
