OH.io is hiring a Financial Analyst to serve as the analytical engine for multiple portfolio finance functions in Columbus. You will build the operating model from the ground up, run forecasts, and turn data into actionable insights for pricing, hiring, and spend decisions.

This hands-on role partners with the Controller and goes beyond accounting to provide strategic financial analysis for fundraising and portfolio support across the investor network.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, corporate FP&A, or startup finance.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets — you can build a three-statement model from a blank tab.
• Sound financial modeling instincts: clean structure, documented assumptions, and integrity checks.
• Comfort working from incomplete data and forming a defensible view.
• Integrity about sources vs. estimates; flag assumptions.
• Familiarity with SaaS or usage-based metrics is a plus.
• SQL, BI tooling (Looker, Metabase) or data exposure is a plus.
• Ability to present analysis clearly to non-finance stakeholders and seniors.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, engineering, or another quantitative field

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain operating model, including three-statement model, 13-week cash forecast, and rolling 12-month forecast.
• Support the annual budget process and keep rolling forecast current as actuals land.
• Produce monthly variance analysis with driver commentary.
• Build scenario and sensitivity analyses to frame decisions and stress-test runway.
• Maintain KPI and unit-economics reporting: CAC, payback, retention, NRR, gross margin.
• Stand up FP&A infrastructure—model architecture, reporting templates, data hygiene.
• Run ad hoc analyses for pricing, hiring, vendor decisions, and go/no-go calls.
• Support fundraising with projections and data room materials.
