Job summary

OEC, a SaaS-focused, PE-backed organization, is seeking a Corporate Finance professional to drive enterprise-wide P&L analysis and partner with Operations Finance across functions. You will own budgeting, rolling forecasts, and strategic planning, while leading month-end reporting and board-ready packages.

The role requires 3–5 years of progressive finance analysis, strong modeling, and exposure to M&A. Remote-friendly with in-person overlap near Cleveland.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive financial analysis experience.
• SaaS and/or private-equity-backed environments preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise-wide P&L analysis and consolidate data across functions.
• Lead budget, rolling forecasts, and 3-year strategic plan development.
• Own month-end reporting and prepare board packages.
• Guide capital allocation with ROI and investment analysis.
• Support M&A due diligence and integration.
• Leverage AI tools to speed analysis and automate repetitive work.
• Turn data into compelling narratives for senior leaders.
