Ideal candidate has 5+ years in FP&A or related fields, advanced Excel, ERP/BI experience, and strong communication skills to influence cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical experience.
• Advanced Excel skills including complex formulas, pivots, modeling.
• Experience with ERP, planning, reporting, and BI applications.
• Strong communication and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Independent worker with attention to detail and results.

Responsibilities

• Partner with commercial and business leaders to evaluate performance and opportunities.
• Provide senior-level analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual results with drivers.
• Prepare executive-ready reporting, variance analysis, and management commentary.
• Facilitate quarterly forecast, annual budget, and long-range planning.
• Develop robust financial models for forecasting and ROI analyses.
• Identify risks/opportunities and recommend actions to improve performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain.
