Qualifications

• Confident presenter who can explain numbers in plain language.
• Able to work onsite in Columbus, OH.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
• Study business performance to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Produce monthly and quarterly variance reporting and walk leaders through the results.
• Work with department heads to develop budgets and track progress toward targets.
• Prepare executive presentations and reporting packages.
• Evaluate proposed investments and initiatives with clear financial recommendations.
• Guide and support junior analysts on technique and best practices.
• Streamline reporting processes and improve data reliability.
• Take on special projects and ad hoc analysis.
