Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
3–5 years FP&A experience including budgeting and forecasting.
Strong Excel skills including lookup functions, pivots, advanced calculations, and analyzing large datasets.
Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
Understanding of profit and loss statements and balance sheet information.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent communication with leadership and cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Support monthly forecasting activities by preparing financial data and updating forecasts.
Prepare month-end and board reporting with financial commentary and analysis.
Analyze KPIs, trends, and large datasets to inform decisions.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing financial planning.
Partner with accounting on data requests and month-end close questions.
Analyze profit and loss and balance sheet information for variances.
Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed.
