Job summary

Ingersoll Rand in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Financial Analyst to provide administrative support across 1-3 Customer Center locations, handling cash flow activities, health & safety, policy compliance, and facility oversight while assisting HR and Finance tasks. The Area Specialist will report to Area Operations Manager and work with Sales, Service, or Operations teams.

Initial onsite schedule is Monday–Friday, then transition to hybrid (2 days at home, 3 days in the office); travel within the

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of relevant Industrial or Manufacturing Financial or Data analyst experience.
• Preferred bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resolution of disputed customer invoices and process portal invoices.
• Organize new customer/vendor setup and manage account changes with GRNI compliance.
• Manage indirect purchasing to resource Customer Centers.
• Handle phones, mail, and office filing.
• Process insurance certificates and related forms.
• Maintain training calendars and employee events, including catering.
• Collaborate with Service Supervisor on facility maintenance and regulatory compliance.
• Work with Finance to manage data for reporting and decision-making.
• Support Area Operations Manager with reports and special projects.
