Job summary

Ingersoll Rand in Davidson, NC seeks a senior FP&A leader to own budgeting, forecasting, monthly closes, and enterprise-wide financial reporting. You will partner with a global finance team to identify risks and opportunities and present results to executive leadership.

This role drives standardization, automation, and insightful analytics, mentors the FP&A staff, and collaborates with BU finance and corporate teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required with 10+ years of progressive finance experience.
5+ years in supervisory or management roles with executive-level communication.
MBA and/or CPA designation preferred.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of routine financial reports across weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.
Standardize management-ready outputs (GM bridge, EBITDA variance) and lead ad-hoc reporting.
Coordinate forecasting, budgeting, and submissions with BU finance teams; develop templates and calendars.
Collaborate with Data Analytics to identify gaps and develop new analytics tools and reporting solutions.
Drive process improvements and automation in FP&A reporting workflows; document standard work.
