About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our Corporate FP&A team, with a focus on M&A integration. This role partners closely with finance leadership to drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You’ll leverage your strong project management skills and financial acumen to diagnose issues, implement solutions, and support detailed expense management and analysis related to acquisitions.

This is a high-impact role that requires a strategic thinker with a passion for financial excellence, a bias for action, and the ability to thrive in ambiguity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial process implementation and improvement initiatives related to M&A activities.
• Provide project management support across various finance workstreams, ensuring timely and effective execution.
• Deliver end-to-end financial support to business leaders, including modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Design and maintain financial models and management reports with actionable insights.
• Develop qualitative narratives to accompany financial results and analysis.
• Align financial activities with enterprise-wide goals and strategies.
• Lead ad hoc financial projects and provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Financial Analysis or Corporate Finance.
• Experience with M&A integration.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end financial processes and drive process improvements.
• Strong analytical skills with comfort in data and trend analysis.
• Experience leading or supporting finance-related projects.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Workday, Oracle, or SAP.
• Background in project management or business analysis.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $60.00/hr.
