Pay and Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Develop, improve, and maintain complex financial models.
- Manage end-to-end business and financial processes, including position management, governance, headcount forecasting, and expense management.
- Meet with business leaders to provide financial insights and assist with long-term planning.
- Track, analyze, and present key financial and operational metrics.
- Audit and review financial models for accuracy and updates.
- Assist with financial and business-related studies and collaborate with other departments for analysis.
- Establish processes for timely financial planning consolidations.
- Analyze budget/forecast variances and review with management.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reports.
- Conduct revenue forecast and bookings consolidation.
- Provide strategic and ad hoc analysis for business decisions.
- Ensure accuracy and reconciliation of reporting systems and data sources.
- Develop and implement tools and processes for accurate forecasts.
- Respond promptly to stakeholder inquiries, explaining processes and request statuses.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of financial analysis experience.
- BA/BS in finance, accounting, or related field.
- Experience with online advertising and subscription revenue models.
- Experience with Workday (a plus), Hyperion Essbase, and Oracle Financials.
- Experience in the tech industry is preferred.
- Background in FP&A, including modeling bookings, revenue, headcount, expenses, month-end close, and accounting.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of accounting principles, including revenue recognition, accruals, and expense timing.
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and systems skills.
- Ability to question financial model outputs and suggest improvements.
- Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to handle multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
