Job Description

Milestone is seeking a Financial Analyst/Business Analyst responsible for tracking project readiness, communicating and presenting to executives, processing DocuSign, and routing accounting requests.

Accountabilities

Provide governance and reporting support for the Investment Lifecycle Process.

Responsibilities

This position will support Shared Services by:

• Updating the Portfolio Report and uploading actuals to PPS
• Assisting in remaining compliant on project implementation, close out, and modification
• ILM Tracking and trend analysis
• DocuSign submission and tracking

Additional skills required include strong oral and presentation skills, negotiation, influence, persuasion, prioritization, and decision-making for daily operations.

Qualifications

Either:

• Associate’s degree and 3 years of accounting, finance, or project management experience
• High school diploma / GED and 2 years of accounting, finance, or project management experience
