As a Financial Analyst II, you will analyze financial operations and information to provide decision support to executive caregivers within the Academic Affairs Department. **A caregiver in this position works remotely (OH based) from 8:00AM - 5:00PM.**

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

+ Prepare, analyze and communicate key financial information and provides support to management and other staff members regarding financial reporting and other related issues.

+ Assist with budget preparation and financial planning processes and budget review for compliance and opportunities.

+ Serve as consultant to all levels of management to provide decision support for initiatives, policies and procedures.

+ Complete special projects and duties including providing necessary research, forecasting and conflict resolution.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

+ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field and one year of Accounting, Finance, Healthcare, Investment Banking or Management Consulting experience OR High School Diploma/GED and four years of experience OR Associate's Degree and two years of experience

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

+ Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Account (CMA) Certifications

**Physical Requirements:**

+ Typical physical demands include a high degree of dexterity to produce materials on a PC.

+ Normal or corrected vision.

+ Extensive sitting and frequent walking.

+ Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures.

Pay Range

Minimum hourly: $20.77

Maximum hourly: $31.68
