This is a high-visibility role for an analytically sharp, commercially minded professional who wants to influence how a substantial portfolio of institutional real estate is valued, managed, and positioned for long-term growth.

You'll work alongside seasoned asset managers and senior leadership, turning complex data into clear insights that drive decisioning on the future of the portfolio. If you're an MBA-trained real estate professional who is as comfortable building a model as you are presenting its conclusions, this is your opportunity to grow with a respected leader in the industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive asset and portfolio performance: Monitor and analyze property-level and portfolio-level results, identifying risks, opportunities, and strategies to enhance value.
  • Build and own financial models: Develop and maintain cash flow, valuation, and scenario models to support hold/sell analyses, recapitalizations, capital planning, and business plans.
  • Lead valuation work: Prepare and review asset valuations, track market trends, and benchmark performance against comparable properties and markets.
  • Support investment due diligence: Underwrite acquisitions, dispositions, and capital events, evaluating leases, operating history, market fundamentals, and physical and financial risks.
  • Deliver insight through data: Use advanced analytics and visualization tools to build dashboards, reporting, and analyses that inform senior leadership and investors.
  • Prepare business plans and budgets: Partner with property managers and internal teams on annual budgets, reforecasts, and strategic plans for each asset.
  • Communicate with impact: Produce investment committee memos, quarterly reports, and presentations that translate complex analysis into clear recommendations.
  • Collaborate across disciplines: Work closely with acquisitions, leasing, development, finance, and investor relations teams.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, economics, or a related field. MBA required.
  • Relevant experience: Internships and/or professional positions in real estate valuation, investment due diligence, asset management, portfolio management, or related functions.
  • Modeling expertise: Strong financial modeling skills, including discounted cash flow, valuation, and returns analysis. Experience with ARGUS Enterprise is highly valued.
  • Analytics toolkit: Proficiency with a range of data and analytics tools, such as advanced Excel, Power BI or Tableau, SQL, Python, or similar platforms.
