Job summary

Atlantic Group, a growing real estate investment and property management company in New York, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to build and scale its FP&A function. Reporting to the CFO, this role offers high visibility and the opportunity to drive planning, reporting, and business insights across a growing portfolio.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in FP&A or corporate finance, a Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting (MBA a plus), strong modeling skills, and familiarity with Yardi or Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA is a plus.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Exposure to Yardi, Salesforce, or similar systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning.
• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable recommendations.
• Prepare monthly variance and trend analyses.
• Support consolidated P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting.
• Develop and improve reporting processes and financial dashboards.
• Partner with operations and asset management teams to drive business insights.
• Assist with lender reporting, compliance requirements, and risk tracking.
• Review expense allocations and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Serve as a key resource for finance systems and data management initiatives.

Reporting directly to the CFO, this newly created role offers significant visibility and the opportunity to drive financial planning, reporting, and business insights across a growing portfolio. REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
