Job summary

LHH is partnering with a commercial national HVAC manufacturer to hire a Plant Financial Analyst for the Redmond, OR location. You will be an embedded financial partner supporting plant leadership through reporting, forecasting and insights that improve plant performance and drive cost efficiency across operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related discipline.
• 4+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing finance, accounting, or similar disciplines.
• Strong financial principles, cost accounting and operating metric understanding.
• Ability to identify trends and connect drivers to cost outcomes.
