Job summary

LHH partners with a national HVAC manufacturer to fill a Plant Financial Analyst position in Longview, TX. You will be embedded with plant leadership, delivering reporting, forecasting, and insights to improve performance.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business, and 4+ years in manufacturing finance. Expect a base salary of $100,000–$120,000 with a 12% bonus and 20% equity, plus a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business or related field.
• 4+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing finance or similar.
• Strong financial principles, cost accounting and operating metric understanding.
• Ability to identify trends and connect drivers to cost outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cost drivers, labor efficiency, material usage and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Prepare budgets, rolling forecasts and financial models.
• Conduct variance analysis and drive corrective actions.
• Validate data, improve reporting and cost behaviors.
