Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading manufacturing company to fill a Commercial Finance Analyst role in Lakewood, CO. This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity with a salary range of $73,000 to $91,000 and a competitive benefits package.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field, and strong Excel, ERP (SAP), and data-visualization skills (Power BI and Tableau).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role.
• Excellent analytical skills；Excellent attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills: VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, formulas, etc.
• Previous experience with ERP software; SAP preferred.
• Previous experience with data visualization software; Power BI and Tableau preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identifying financial and operational data; identifying trends, variances, risks, etc.
• Running reports and preparing presentations for the leadership team and other stakeholders
• Supporting forecasting
• Contributing to budgeting processes
• Developing and maintaining financial models, dashboards, and other analytical tools
• Tracking and managing operating expenses and identifying cost optimization opportunities
• Assisting with month-end and ongoing reporting activities
• Assisting with price analysis
• All other related tasks as required

Compensation

• Annual salary between $73,000 and $91,000
• Target bonus of 7.0%
