Victors Home Solutions in Plymouth, MI is seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial and operational performance across its roofing division. This is not a traditional accounting role; emphasis is on account management, sales processes, and delivering actionable insights.

You will partner with Sales, Account Management, Operations, and Finance to analyze customer and project-level financial data, build reports, and translate data into clear recommendations for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor assigned accounts, ensuring accurate and timely financial and operational information.

• Review transactions and financial data within various finance and business applications.
• Identify inconsistencies between systems and work with internal teams to resolve them.

We are seeking a Financial Analyst with strong Account Management and sales experience to support the financial and operational performance of our growing roofing organization.

This is not a traditional accounting-focused position. The ideal candidate will have experience managing accounts or customer relationships, a strong understanding of sales processes, and the ability to use financial and business applications to identify trends, solve problems, and communicate actionable insights.

To be successful in this role, you need to have a certain amount of knowledge, skills and experience:

• Availability to work a Monday through Friday schedule of 8:00am to 5:00pm
• Account Management experience preferred
• Sales experience preferred
• Service Titan experience preferred
• Ability and willingness to keep & maintain confidentiality
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize efficiently
• Enthusiastic, hard-working, team player
• Experience in customer service
