Victors Home Solutions is seeking an Installation Manager in Detroit to lead projects from start to finish. This role reports to the Operations department and requires coordinating with sales managers and production staff to meet customer needs.

The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license, customer service background, and roofing experience, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience in a customer service role.
• Residential roofing experience preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple projects daily from start to finish
• Work harmoniously with sales managers and production administrators to meet customer needs
• Identify and mitigate risks to projects, proactively manage and elevate as required
• Oversee and manage crew leaders and repair technicians to ensure projects are completed timely
• Perform install and post-install inspections to uphold company processes and standards
• Work closely with homeowners throughout their project to provide excellent customer service
• Review and approve payroll for hourly employees
