Semper Fi Roofing powered by Victors Home Solutions is seeking an In Home Sales Representative in Madison/Milwaukee. You will be responsible for meeting homeowners, presenting premium products, and guiding customers through the sales process to achieve targets.

The role includes running appointments, performing roof and attic inspections, and attending weekly sales meetings. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is paid as $1,000 after training and $4,000 at 90 days of employment.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable walking on roof.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Detail-oriented with strong work ethic.
• Capable of lifting 50–80 lbs.
• Clean driving record and background check required.
• No prior sales experience required.
• No roofing experience required.
