The ideal candidate is self-motivated, able to work independently, and comfortable working on roofs. No prior sales or roofing experience is required; training is provided and a $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

We are actively looking for In Home Sales Representatives to join our team!

Our ideal candidate is an ambitious individual with a strong work ethic that takes great pride in their work! This person must have a high sense of urgency to give clients a positive experience while achieving sales targets. This job is about people, and spending time as a sales professional out in the field. This role includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus, paid as $1,000 after 3-week training completion and $4,000 at 90 days of employment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Running appointments
• Performing ride-along appointments
• Conducting roof & attic inspections
• Attending weekly sales meetings
• Continued training with teammates
• Ensuring an excellent customer service experience

About You:

• Must be comfortable walking on roof
• Self- motivated
• Able to work independently
• Attention to detail
• Can lift/carry 50-80 lbs.
• Be able to demonstrate mastery of our sales system
• Clean driving record, required
• Background check, required
