Job summary

CFS in the Fort Wayne area seeks a Financial Analyst to partner Finance, Operations, and Technology, driving data-driven decisions through BI tools, reporting, and financial modeling.

You'll own budgeting, forecasting, monthly, quarterly, and annual packages, and build dashboards in Power BI and ERP systems, with opportunities for long-term growth and leadership exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years of financial analysis, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, or corporate finance.
• Advanced Excel skills including modeling, scenario analysis, and financial reporting.
• Experience with Power BI, D365, ERP systems, or similar reporting platforms.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and how operational activities impact financial performance.
• Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and communicate recommendations to leadership.
• Demonstrated initiative, ownership, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages used by leadership teams
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools using Excel, Power BI, and other reporting platforms
• Support annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting processes
• Assist with financial modeling, cost analysis, and operational performance reporting
• Partner with leaders across multiple departments to gather, interpret, and communicate business insights
• Improve reporting processes, data accuracy, and system utilization
• Support month-end reporting and accounting-related analysis activities
