Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required or equivalent.
  • Advanced FP&A, financial modeling, and analytical capabilities.
  • Experience creating actionable business insights from financial data.
  • Power BI and Excel expertise required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities.
  • Develop financial models and analytics that support strategic decisions.
  • Partner with leadership to analyze performance, identify trends, and recommend actions.
  • Design and enhance Power BI dashboards, KPI reporting, and executive analytics.
  • Analyze customer profitability, pricing strategies, margins, and revenue trends.
  • Support month-end close, financial reporting, accruals, reconciliations, and operational finance activities.
  • Develop and improve financial controls, policies, and SOPs.
  • Support inventory valuation, costing, audit requirements, and compliance initiatives.
  • Present financial insights and recommendations to leaders across the organization.

Successful Candidates Will Have

  • Advanced FP&A, financial modeling, and analytical capabilities
  • Experience creating actionable business insights from financial and operational data
  • Advanced Power BI and Excel expertise
  • Strong understanding of accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • The ability to simplify complex financial information for non-financial leaders
  • A proactive, self-directed mindset and willingness to take ownership of critical initiatives
Preferred Background
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Progressive experience across FP&A, accounting, finance, and business analysis functions
  • Experience supporting executive leadership teams
  • Power BI expertise required
  • Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
  • CPA, CMA, or MBA is a plus
  • Consumer products, manufacturing, distribution, or related industry experience is highly desirable
