Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate FP&A experience with budgeting, forecasting, modeling, variance analysis, and KPIs.
• Experience with large ERP/financial systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint presentation skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills.

This is a highly visible FP&A position that will serve as a true business partner to senior operational and finance leaders. The Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and strategic decision-making while gaining exposure to different areas of the business.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with business and Finance leadership to provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations that support profitable growth and informed decision-making.
• Own and support key aspects of the monthly financial close, including management reporting, variance analysis, trend analysis, and identification of key business drivers.
• Participate in the annual budgeting and planning process, partnering with functional leaders to develop operating expense budgets and financial plans.
• Support recurring forecasting and quarterly planning activities, ensuring financial projections are accurate, timely, and aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze functional budgets, spending trends, and performance against plan to identify opportunities, risks, and areas requiring additional attention.
• Develop and maintain financial models and analytical tools used to evaluate business performance and support strategic initiatives.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc financial reports, presentations, and analysis for Finance and senior management.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide meaningful insights into financial and operational performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and drive cost savings across various corporate and SG&A functions.
• Respond to ad hoc financial questions and analytical requests from internal stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and other business teams to improve financial visibility and decision-making.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting — required.
• 5+ years of corporate FP&A experience with strong hands-on experience across budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, management reporting, KPIs, and strategic financial analysis.
• Experience working within a large ERP or financial system, such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or a comparable platform.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and strong PowerPoint presentation skills.
• Strong financial and analytical capabilities with the ability to translate data into clear business insights.
• Excellent written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
