Job summary

IMO Health is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Finance team and help evolve a modern, AI-enabled FP&A function. You’ll support forecasting, drive financial accountability, and deliver insights that guide company decisions.

Reporting to the Director of FP&A, you’ll partner with cross‑functional teams to plan, report, and analyze, contributing to process improvements, BI tooling, and efficient workflows across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of FP&A, Corporate Finance, Accounting, or Financial Analysis experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support improvements to FP&A processes, including reporting enhancements and automation initiatives.
  • Perform monthly variance analysis (actuals vs budget vs forecast) and highlight trends.
  • Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
  • Partner with department leaders to understand drivers and provide financial insights.
  • Build and maintain financial models for planning, forecasting, and decision making.
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Monitor KPIs and support dashboards measuring performance.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to support evolving priorities.
  • Stay informed on AI tools and technologies to improve reporting and efficiency.

Are you passionate about transforming data into insights that drive meaningful business decisions? Join our growing Finance team as a Financial Analyst , where you’ll support the evolution of a modern, AI-enabled FP&A function. In this role, you’ll help improve forecasting, strengthen financial accountability, and provide insights that support better business decisions across the organization.

Reporting to the Director of FP&A, you will partner with teams across the business to support financial planning, reporting, and analysis activities. You’ll have opportunities to contribute to process improvements, reporting enhancements, and the thoughtful use of business intelligence and AI tools to drive greater efficiency.

This role is ideal for someone with a foundation in financial analysis who is looking to further develop their FP&A expertise, strengthen business partnership skills, and grow their career within a collaborative and forward-thinking finance team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
  • Support ongoing improvements to FP&A processes, including reporting enhancements, automation initiatives, and more efficient workflows.
  • Perform monthly variance analysis, including actuals versus budget, forecast, and prior year performance, highlighting key trends and areas for follow-up.
  • Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
  • Partner with department leaders to understand business drivers and provide financial insights that support decision-making.
  • Build and maintain financial models to support planning, forecasting, and operational decision-making.
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports for finance leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and support dashboards that measure business and operational performance.
  • Conduct ad hoc financial and operational analyses to support evolving business priorities.
  • Stay informed on emerging tools and technologies that can improve reporting, analysis, and efficiency.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Accounting, or Financial Analysis.
  • Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience working with large datasets and building financial models.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to explain financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Experience with business intelligence, ERP, or financial reporting tools; experience with NetSuite, Solution7, Excel, Copilot, DocuSign, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Exposure to or interest in automation, AI tools, or workflow improvements is a plus.
  • Experience in healthcare technology, SaaS, data, AI, or private equity-backed environments is a plus.
