Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning activities
• Develop financial models and analytics that support strategic business decisions
• Partner with leadership to analyze performance, identify trends, and recommend actions
• Design and enhance Power BI dashboards, KPI reporting, and executive‑level analytics
• Analyze customer profitability, pricing strategies, margins, revenue trends, and business performance
• Support month‑end close, financial reporting, accruals, reconciliations, and operational finance activities
• Develop and improve financial controls, policies, and standard operating procedures
• Support inventory valuation, costing activities, audit requirements, and compliance initiatives
• Present financial insights and recommendations to leaders across the organization

Preferred Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Progressive experience across FP&A, accounting, finance, and business analysis functions
• Experience supporting executive leadership teams
• Power BI expertise required
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
• CPA, CMA, or MBA is a plus
• Consumer products, manufacturing, distribution, or related industry experience is highly desirable
