Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of Program Finance, FP&A, or Government Contracting experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience supporting DCAA/DCMA audits preferred.
• U.S. Person status required under ITAR Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Build budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
• Analyze direct, indirect, labor, material, and subcontractor costs.
• Develop and review Basis of Estimate (BOE) documentation.
• Partner with Program Management, Contracts, Accounting, and Business Development.
• Support DCAA/DCMA audits and incurred cost reporting.
• Monitor program financial performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Generate financial reports, forecasts, and variance analysis.
