Full Sail University is seeking a Financial Aid Trainer to educate new staff and existing team on federal and institutional aid policies, procedures, and systems.
You will develop training resources, deliver engaging sessions, collaborate across departments and with sister institutions, and ensure accuracy and compliance while meeting tight deadlines.

The Financial Aid Trainer position requires an individual who is self-motivated, knowledgeable in the field of Financial Aid, creative minded and are fully capable of speaking in front of an audience. They work closely in all teams within the Financial Aid Department as well as with other Departments at Full Sail and with our sister institutions. The ideal trainer is someone who is personable, articulate, outgoing and able to explain financial aid in any way that is clear and understandable to both new hires and tenured staff.
Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of two years of Financial Aid Experience or an equivalent combination of Education and Experience Required Computer/Equipment Skills: Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, OneNote) Adobe Products (Photoshop, Lightroom) CampusVue Salesforce
Must be able to transfer training materials between offices. Work is performed in an office environment at a computer desk for long periods of time for the majority of the workday. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to have the ability to maintain active customer and employee communication; access, input and retrieve information from the computer system; and enter alpha-numeric data into a computerized system often while listening on the telephone. May be subject to bending, reaching, kneeling, stooping, and lifting up to thirty (50) pounds.
