The ideal candidate will work closely with the Financial Aid Student Advisor, securing financial aid and creating enrollment documents. The position is full-time, located in Mission, Kansas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus two years of experience in a customer service position, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Must be in good standing in federal Title IV programs.
• Proficiency in MS Office software.

Responsibilities

• Work with COE Financial Aid Student Advisor to process change of enrollment requests.
• Create Enrollment Documents based on new program requests.
• Ensure all aid is secured and packaged correctly.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to have the ability to maintain active customer and employee communication; access, input and retrieve information from the computer system; enter alpha-numeric data into a computerized system often while listening on the telephone. May be subject to bending, reaching, kneeling, stooping and lifting up to thirty (30) pounds. This position requires sitting for long periods of time at a workstation and computer.
