Qualifications

• 4 years in customer service, office experience, or related field.
• Experience with complex data and/or records services in a team environment (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor files for applications and awards; ensure accuracy and completeness; comply with regulations.
• Respond to email, phone, and in-person inquiries; notify applicants of final decision.
• Monitor financial aid and scholarship accounts; ensure compliance with scholarship requirements.
• Provide administrative support to department staff including word processing and scheduling.
• Develops and updates written materials on policies and procedures for financial aid and scholarships.
• Compile and analyzes data; prepare reports; conduct audits and identify anomalies.
• May guide other coordinators; handle complex or escalated issues with manager.
• May make process recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
