Job summary

Greenville Technical College is seeking a Financial Aid professional to support the FNA department. You will manage program metrics, verify applications, update FAFSA data, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and institutional rules.

You will also analyze student data, assist with annual system setups, prepare accurate records for audits, and deliver financial aid workshops and outreach to students on campus and online.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and financial aid experience.
• Equivalencies may be considered.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned program(s) within the Financial Aid Office with responsibilities including but not limited to: determining, setting, and evaluating metrics of success; completing assigned program requirements within timelines; analyzing data from reports; ensuring compliance with federal, state, and institutional policies.
