Job summary

Success Education Colleges seeks a Financial Aid Advisor to administer federal, state, and other financial aid programs for prospective and active students. The role reports to the Campus Director and supports the Corporate Director of Financial Aid.

You will provide information on aid programs, review applications for completeness, verify FAFSA data, input ISIR results, and maintain funding schedules. Emphasis is on accurate files and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of government regulations and guidelines relating to financial aid and Title IV.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work with a diverse student population.

Responsibilities

• Explain financial aid requirements and procedures to students and parents.
• Review FAFSA, ISIR, and review eligibility determinations.
• Input FAFSA data and maintain funding schedule in CLASS.
