Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day customer service by phone, at the front counter, by email, on social media, and in face-to-face advising.
• Calculate student aid packages and handle fall, spring, and summer aid awarding and processing.
• Screen Professional Judgment paperwork and prepare files for committee meetings.
• Lead internal and external outreach and financial literacy sessions, including group presentations.
• Certify miscellaneous forms such as apartment lease agreements.
