Tarrant County College is seeking a part-time Specialist I, Financial Aid at the Northwest Campus. This role serves as the primary receptionist for the Financial Aid Office, helping current and prospective students with applying for and understanding financial aid.

The position is in the DT Financial Aid department, with regular Thursday–Friday shifts and a maximum of 19.5 hours per week. Starting pay is $18.22 per hour, monthly pay frequency, and it is not eligible for remote work.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• One year of experience in supporting and serving customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet current and prospective students at the Financial Aid Office.
• Provide guidance on applying for and understanding financial aid.
• File financial aid records and reports; post information to records.
• Input and retrieve financial aid data for students.
