Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with student financial aid preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Aufgaben

• Monitor and process federal loan programs and reports.
• Assess loan eligibility based on enrollment status and cost of attendance.
• Communicate with borrowers and lenders to resolve discrepancies.
• Provide operational support and review student awards for eligibility.
• Correspond with students using Gator360 CRM to request information.
