Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with ability to verify and award financial aid.
- Experience with financial aid processes is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Analyze reports for the Alternative Educational Loan program.
- Monitor automated processing of loans.
- Assist in manual adjustments to financial aid packages.
- Communicate with borrowers and lenders to resolve discrepancies.
- Evaluate loan eligibility based on enrollment, cost of attendance, and dependency.
- Provide operational support to the Manager in reviewing student awards.
- Correspond with students using Gator360 CRM.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager.
