As a part-time student employee, you will answer calls, provide information on requirements, deadlines, and tasks, and guide students to TU Dashboard.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and provide courteous, professional assistance to students and families.
• Provide general information about financial aid requirements, deadlines, forms, and next steps using office guidelines.
• Help students locate financial aid information and outstanding tasks on their TU Dashboard.
• Refer questions that require additional review to the appropriate financial aid staff member.
• Protect confidential student information and follow university policies.
• Assist with other office duties as assigned.
