As part of AMP, candidates work toward licenses (SIE, Series 7/66) and aim to achieve production targets while growing a client pipeline through networking and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent with relevant experience.
• Minimum 3 years in sales or business environment preferred.
• Licensing in financial services (SIE, Series 7/66) or ability to obtain within specified months.

Responsibilities

• Meet production targets impacting company revenue goals.
• Develop a book of business aligned with AMP goals.
• Provide high level client service and financial guidance.
• Manage client relationships and account activity end-to-end.
• Open, transfer, and close client accounts; document records.
